Westwood, Oosthuizen visit Ping's Gold Vault

Oosthuizen dropped by Ping's Phoenix offices Tuesday to talk to employees and sign autographs.
"Louis also had the British Open trophy with him, so a lot of employees posed for pictures with him and the trophy," said Pete Samuels, Ping's director of communications in an email.
Westwood came by Friday, the day after he was eliminated from the tournament in the second round.
"They also spent a lot of time with our engineers testing product on our R&D range and undergoing a gapping analysis using our nFlight Custom Fitting software," Samuels said.
After trying out new equipment, both players visited the Ping Gold Putter Vault, where a gold-plated copy of every winning putter is kept. Major winners receive a solid-gold replica of their flat stick while another is kept in the vault.
